Most of our products are technical in nature and require trained personnel to handle them. Any kind of mishandling can result in damage or malfunctioning of the product, it is not possible for us to provide a replacement or refund if the product is damaged due to technical or physical mishandling.
Products are eligible for a replacement if there is physical damage during transit or a clear manufacturing defect. Any claim for replacement must be made within 24 hours of successful delivery of the product. Requests for refund of amount or exchange of product(s) will be reviewed on a case by case basis and hubtronics carries all rights to take a final decision on refund or exchange.
In case of replacement, the customer has to bear the return shipping charges, except when return is initiated due to wrongly delivered products or damaged products. In cases of wrongly delivered product OR damaged product, free of cost replacement is eligible. For order values more than Rs. 2,000. 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted in case of cancellation before dispatch. No cancellation charges for order values of less than Rs. 2000. Cancellation is not possible once the order is dispatched.
