Build reliable wired Ethernet connectivity into your embedded, industrial or networking project with the HR911105A RJ45 MagJack Connector. This compact single-port RJ45 connector includes the essential isolation magnetics and dual LED indicators required for Fast Ethernet designs.
Instead of separately placing an RJ45 socket, Ethernet transformer, common-mode choke and status LEDs, the HR911105A combines them into one PCB-mount component. This helps reduce component count, saves board space and makes routing easier for Ethernet-enabled designs.
It is commonly used with Ethernet controllers and PHY ICs such as W5500, ENC28J60, LAN8720, DP83848, RTL8201 and similar 10/100Mbps Ethernet interfaces. The integrated green and yellow LEDs can be connected to Link, Activity, Speed or Status outputs depending on the controller circuit.
The connector provides 1500Vrms isolation between the cable side and chip side, helping protect low-voltage electronics from cable-borne disturbances while supporting reliable Ethernet communication
