The 7Semi MQ-8 H2 Hydrogen Gas Sensor Breakout is designed to detect hydrogen gas concentrations ranging from 100 to 10,000 ppm. It features a 3-pin JST connector for easy integration with microcontrollers and provides both analog and digital outputs. The sensor's high sensitivity and adjustable threshold make it suitable for applications like gas leak alarms and industrial monitoring systems.

Note

The sensor value only reflects the approximated trend of gas concentration in a permissible error range, it DOES NOT represent the exact gas concentration. The detection of certain components in the air usually requires a more precise and costly instrument, which cannot be done with a single gas sensor. If your project is aimed at obtaining the gas concentration at a very precise level, then we do not recommend this gas sensor.

What voids warranty?

Please note that replacement/ return or refund is not possible if the product is not compatible with your system/application. Please check all the technical details/ dimensions etc. before ordering and contact us for any kind of clarifications.

If product is soldered/ programmed at any point or physically altered in any way, it is not eligible for return/ replacement. If the item requires soldering for testing, please ensure that you use suitable clips or jig to test it without soldering. Any kind of soldering job makes the product ineligible for return or replacement.
