AP8012 AC-DC PWM Controller Off-Line SMPS Primary Switcher DIP-8

The AP8012 combines a dedicated current mode PWM controller with a high voltage power MOSFET on the same silicon chip. Can be used to design SMPS of up to 13W power capability at 230V AC input.
