AOD4184 Isolation MOSFET Control Module

This module is a replacement for relay for driving motors and speed control applications of motors capable of rated capacity. It combines optocoupler and MOSFET for isolated and fast switching. Compatible with MCU and control board, 3V or 5V signal. As it is low power consumption, fast switching and no mechanical parts it is best alternative for relay in a battery powered application.
