MS4553S 2-Bit Bidirectional Level Converter - SOT-23-8
MS4553S is a bidirectional level converter that can be used in mixed-voltage digital signal systems. It uses two independent power supply structures. The supply voltage range of terminal A is 1.65V to 5.5V, and the supply voltage range of terminal B is 2.3V to 5.5V. Can be used in signal conversion systems with voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V.
When the OE terminal is low, all 10 ports are in a high-impedance state, reducing static power consumption. When VCCA is powered on, the OE terminal integrates a pull-down current source. In order to ensure that the port maintains high-impedance characteristics during power-on or power-off, the OE terminal should be connected to ground through a pull-down resistor.
The resistance of the pull-down resistor is determined by the ability to drive the current source.
