The ESP32-S31-Touch-LCD-4.3C is a touchscreen development board based on the ESP32-S31-WROOM-3 module. It features an 800 × 480 RGB display, capacitive touch, audio, motion sensing, and industrial communication interfaces. It is suitable for smart control panels, equipment monitoring terminals, and IoT HMI applications.

  • Equipped with high-performance dual-core 32-bit RISC-V microcontroller, with main frequency up to 320MHz
  • Supports 128-bit SIMD instructions and integrates JPEG encoding/decoding, PPA and 2D-DMA hardware acceleration
  • Supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 (LE + Classic) and IEEE 802.15.4, with an onboard antenna
  • Supports Thread, Zigbee and Bluetooth Mesh 1.1 for smart home networking
  • Built-in 512KB Static RAM, 320KB ROM, 16MB Flash, and 16MB PSRAM
  • Onboard 4.3inch capacitive touch LCD, 800 × 480 resolution, 65K colors
  • Adopts GT911 capacitive touch controller supports I2C communication, 5-point touch with interrupt support
  • Supports LVGL graphical user interface development and PWM backlight brightness adjustment
  • Onboard ES8389 audio codec, dual microphones and speaker amplifier circuit facilitate the development of recording, voice playback and networked voice interaction applications
  • Onboard voltage regulator, supports 7 ~ 36V wide range power supply
  • Onboard Lithium batt charging circuit and BQ27220 fuel gauge support charging and batt level monitoring
  • Onboard RTC chip and backup batt holder to ensure time data is not lost during power loss when Batt is installed
  • Supports half-duplex RS485 communication and CAN-FD connectivity for easy interfacing with field equipments
  • Onboard TF card slot and 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) for resource storage, data logging, and motion sensing
  • Adapting the native USB Host connector and provides examples for USB Host operation and external USB camera preview
  • Adapting I2C and 6 × GPIO screw terminals for connecting additional sensors and external devices
  • Onboard power and charging status indicators make it easy to check the power supply and Batt charging status
  • The chip supports secure boot, Flash encryption, PSRAM encryption and TEE/APM-based security isolation
  • Provides 16 examples covering display, touch, audio, and major onboard peripherals, facilitating further development

Branded products (Waveshare/ Raspberry Pi/ Radxa/ DWIN etc) are as per brand warranty terms. Generic products are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery based on following conditions.

Products are eligible for a replacement if there is physical damage during transit or a clear manufacturing defect. Any claim for damage/ wrong items/ short quantity/  replacement must be made within 48 hours of successful delivery of the product. Requests for refund of amount or exchange of product(s) will be reviewed on a case by case basis and HUBTRONICS carries final rights to take a final decision on refund, store credit or exchange.

Unboxing video is mandatory to report damaged or short quantity of the items in the order.

What to take care of ?

Most of our products are technical in nature and require trained personnel to handle them. Any kind of mishandling can result in damage or malfunctioning of the product, it is not possible for us to provide a replacement or refund if the product is damaged due to technical or physical mishandling.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

Free of cost return pickup from delivery address is eligible for products categorized as manufacturing defect/ Damage in transit/ Wrong items delivered. We do not support return pickup for any B2B order or offline orders not placed on website. Buyer need to arrange return shipping for B2B orders.

What voids warranty? 

Please note that replacement/ return or refund is not possible if the product is not compatible with your system/application. Please check all the technical details/ dimensions etc. before ordering and contact us for any kind of clarifications.

If product is soldered/ programmed at any point or physically altered in any way, it is not eligible for return/ replacement. If the item requires soldering for testing, please ensure that you use suitable clips or jig to test it without soldering. Any kind of soldering job makes the product ineligible for return or replacement. 

Following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances

  • Soldering Consumables (Wire, Flux etc)
