SS16 Schottky Barrier Rectifier, 1.0 A, 60 V, SMA (DO-214AC)

SS16 Schottky diode in DO-214AC (SMA) is the surface-mount rectifer. With its low profile package, it is ideal for automated placement. SS16 features over-voltage protection with low power losses and high efficiency. SS16 is also know for its low forward voltage drop and high surge capability. These are commonly used in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters and polarity protection applications.
