ZLAN5143BI is a serial port server /Modbus gateway product with high reliability and high performance designed by Shanghai ZLAN Information Technology Co., Ltd. to resist lightning strike, electromagnetic interference and harsh environmental requirements. ZLAN5143BI has good interface isolation characteristics. Its RS485/RS422 not only has positive or negative 15KV anti-static interference, but also has 2500V interface isolation, that is, 2500V AC voltage is added between the RS485 line and the housing, and the internal current of the leakage to ZLAN5143BI is less than 5mA. In order to solve the problem that the serial port server is burned by the lightning strike of the power supply, ZLAN5143BI has isolated the power supply and adopted 3000V isolated power supply, that is, 3000V AC power is added to the input power line and the shell, and the internal current of the leakage to ZLAN5143BI is less than 5mA. Isolation is rigorously tested. Provides housing ground terminals to release lightning current to the ground to protect the product.

ZLAN5143BI's RS485 has the ability to drive 256 loads, compared to the product driving 32 loads, can achieve more equipment data monitoring capabilities, saving costs. ZLAN5143BI has three interface forms of RS232/485/422. The input voltage can be provided by DC Q2.1 jack or terminal mode, and the input voltage is 18 to 36V (you can also customize 12V products). Rail mounting accessories are available.

ZLAN5143BI not only has the function of TCP to RS232/485/422 data transmission, but also has the function of storage Modbus gateway. The storage type means that the 5143BI can automatically collect and store the data of the Modbus RTU device, and the data collected at the network port is directly read from the internal of the 5143BI, greatly speeding up the data collection speed at the network port.
