ZLAN5412DI 4-Port Isolated RS485 Serial Device Server – Ethernet, Modbus & MQTT Gateway
The ZLAN5412DI features 2 Ethernet ports and 4 RS485 serial ports. The two Ethernet ports of the ZLAN5412DI have the function of a switch. The four serial ports of the device can use the same IP address, while different serial ports are distinguished by the ports. It is also possible to use different IP addresses for each serial port. The parameters corresponding to each serial port can be set independently. It features rich functions, fast running speed and stable performance.
The ZLAN5412DI supports a wide voltage supply range of DC18 to 36V, meeting the requirements of various power supply environments. It features terminal power connection and comes with a grounding wire on the casing. This product is equipped with a built-in 3000V isolated power supply, and the RS485 port is also equipped with a 3000V optocoupler isolation, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference from the RS485 bus. Ensure the stable operation of the equipment in complex electromagnetic environments, especially suitable for high-interference environments.

- A typical application connection is shown in Figure 2.
- The original serial port device is connected to the serial port of the ZLAN5412DI, and the ZLAN5412DI is connected to the computer via an Ethernet cable.
- The software on the computer establishes a connection with the ZLAN5412DI via TCP/IP or virtual serial port. From then on, any data sent by the serial port device will be transparently transmitted to the computer's software, and the data sent by the software to the ZLAN5412DI via the network will also be transparently transmitted to the serial port device.

What to take care of ?
Most of our products are technical in nature and require trained personnel to handle them. Any kind of mishandling can result in damage or malfunctioning of the product, it is not possible for us to provide a replacement or refund if the product is damaged due to technical or physical mishandling.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
Free of cost return pickup from delivery address is eligible for products categorized as manufacturing defect/ Damage in transit/ Wrong items delivered. We do not support return pickup for any B2B order or offline orders not placed on website. Buyer need to arrange return shipping for B2B orders.
What voids warranty?
Please note that replacement/ return or refund is not possible if the product is not compatible with your system/application. Please check all the technical details/ dimensions etc. before ordering and contact us for any kind of clarifications.
If product is soldered/ programmed at any point or physically altered in any way, it is not eligible for return/ replacement. If the item requires soldering for testing, please ensure that you use suitable clips or jig to test it without soldering. Any kind of soldering job makes the product ineligible for return or replacement.
