TDA7284 - Record/ Playback circuit with ALC - ST Micro - DIP14

TDA7284 is an Automatic level controller a.k.a. AGC chip which was originally designed for Cassette recorder to maintain a uniform level of signal at the time of recording. This device when used in audio applications does not let the signal to go beyond a certain level and hence maintains an uniformity in signal.
