The ADIY GSM EC200U 4G/2G Breakout Board is a powerful cellular communication platform built around the Quectel EC200U LTE Cat 1 module, designed for IoT, M2M, industrial automation, and remote connectivity applications.
Supporting LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, and GSM networks, the module ensures seamless communication by automatically falling back to 2G when 4G coverage is unavailable. This guarantees reliable connectivity for devices operating in diverse network environments.
The board is available in two variants:
EC200U Standard Version – High-speed 4G LTE communication without positioning functionality.
EC200U + GNSS Version – Combines LTE connectivity with integrated GNSS support for location tracking, navigation, and fleet management applications.
With data speeds of up to 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, the EC200U delivers efficient data transmission for modern connected devices. The onboard USB Type-C interface enables direct connection to computers for internet access, debugging, firmware updates, and AT command communication.
Its compact design, low power consumption, and versatile connectivity options make it ideal for developers, system integrators, and engineers building next-generation connected products.
