1. Modbus Polling Mode

In this mode, it supports Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU mutual conversion.

2. Heartbeat Packet Function

USR-W630 supports network heartbeat packets and serial heartbeat packets. The network heartbeat packet notifies the server that it is in an active state, and it maintains the normal connection with the server by continuously sending the heartbeat packet. The serial port heartbeat packet notifies the serial device that USR-W630 is in an active state, and takes the initiative to grab the sensor data that can not be initiated to push.

3. Socket Distribution Protocol

USR-W630 supports SDP, you can add a certain header in serial data. It will send the data to a different socket by a different header. The data received from the different sockets will be added to the different header before they are sent to serial.

4. Regular Restart Function

USR-W610 supports timing and timeout restart function, which makes the system run more stable.

Most of our products are technical in nature and require trained personnel to handle them. Any kind of mishandling can result in damage or malfunctioning of the product, it is not possible for us to provide a replacement or refund if the product is damaged due to technical or physical mishandling.

What voids warranty?

Please note that replacement/ return or refund is not possible if the product is not compatible with your system/application. Please check all the technical details/ dimensions etc. before ordering and contact us for any kind of clarifications.

If product is soldered/ programmed at any point or physically altered in any way, it is not eligible for return/ replacement. If the item requires soldering for testing, please ensure that you use suitable clips or jig to test it without soldering. Any kind of soldering job makes the product ineligible for return or replacement.
