Radxa´s ROCK3 Compute Module (Radxa CM3) is an SoM (System on Module) Based on the Rockchip RK3566 SoC in a small form factor of 55mm x 40mm, it integrates CPU/PMU/DRAM/STORAGE and Wireless.
Radxa CM3 is powered by the Rockchip RK3566 SoC, a 64-bit Quad Cortex A55 low-power core with up to 2.0 GHz. It comes with a maximum of 4GB RAM and up to 128GB eMMC storage.
With a simple carrier board (a 2 layer baseboard is sufficient to provide access to all functions of the SoM), the engineers can quickly develop solutions and prepare the boards for production.
